Office Manager

Joanne joined the Next Chapter Financial Planning team from Fundworks Limited in December 2022. Her role as Office Manager in the Sheffield office sees her undertake a variety of tasks, supporting the Financial Advisers and liaising with clients and providers.

Joanne holds the Certificate in Financial Administration and Planning from the LIBF and from the CII holds R01 (Financial Services and Ethics) and R02 (Investment Principles and Risk). She brings with her a wealth of experience in financial services.

Outside of work, Joanne enjoys walking and spending time with family.
